Keith has one of the toughest jobs at XT+M. He singularly anchors the company’s left brain. He makes sure we know that ultimately we are a business. Keith says, if we don’t make money, well, we’re not a viable business. And, we all really want to keep working here, so it’s important we keep XT+M productive.
